Our delivery policy

 We exclusively use the platform Mondial Relay and Colissimo for your orders. This option allows us to avoid losses as much as possible and ensures that you can follow the delivery status of your parcels.

Delay of 5 to 8 days in metropolitan France and surroundings (Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland)

Our return policy

You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products to us if they do not suit you. All returns are refunded using the same payment method as the original order.

 We do not exchange returned products but you can obtain a full refund of your initial order if the return period is respected.

Returns requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. The product must not be opened, the label removed, and the product damaged

If you received a FREE product or GIFT with your order, you must include them with your return in order to receive a full refund. However, you can keep the samples received in your order, they are yours, enjoy them!

Products returned more than 14 days after the delivery date cannot be refunded.
